Present: Joyce Overton, Mayor Curt Giambruno, Councilmember Jeri Spittler, Councilmember Absent: Joey Luiz, Vice Mayor Judy Thein, Councilmember Staff: Stephen Albright, Interim City Administrator Melissa Swanson, City Clerk Joanne Rennie, Executive Director of the Public Agency Risk Sharing Authority John Gillison, Executive Committee Member of the Public Agency Risk Sharing Authority and Assistant City Manager for the City of Rancho Cucamonga SPECIAL WORKSHOP 1. Presentation on the City’s Joint Power Self-Insured Group, Public Agency Risk Sharing Authority of California (PARSAC). Ms. Rennie presented information about PARSAC to the Council and gave a PowerPoint presentation. The meeting was adjourned at 2:45 p.m. with no reportable action.
