Present: Joyce Overton, Mayor Joey Luiz, Vice Mayor Jeri Spittler, Councilmember Absent: Curt Giambruno, Councilmember Judy Thein, Councilmember Staff: Stephen Albright, Interim City Administrator Melissa Swanson, City Clerk SPECIAL WORKSHOP 1. Presentation and Informational Education Answer Center by PG&E on the Installation of SmartMeters in the City of Clearlake. Austin Sharp and Justin Real with PG&E gave a PowerPoint presentation and answered questions from the Council and the public on SmartMeters.
