MINUTES CITY OF CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING APRIL 19, 2012 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING: 8:00 A.M. Roll Call. Present: Joey Luiz, Mayor Judy Thein, Councilmember Curt Giambruno, Councilmember Joyce Overton, Councilmember Absent: Jeri Spittler, Vice Mayor Staff: Joan Phillipe, Interim City Administrator Craig Clausen, Interim Chief of Police Melissa Swanson, City Clerk Tim Celli, Police Sergeant Sandra Sato, Interim Director of Finance BUSINESS 1. Midyear Financial Report and Review Joan Phillipe and Sandra Sato gave the staff report. ACTION: It was moved by Council Member Overton and seconded by Council Member Thein to adopt Budget Amendment No. 2012-01 to Fiscal Year 2011-12. The motion passed with a voice vote of 4-0-1, with Vice Mayor Spittler absent. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 A.M.
