MINUTES CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY SPECIAL MEETING JULY 19, 2012 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY MEETING: 5:30 P.M. Roll Call. Present: Joey Luiz, Mayor Jeri Spittler, Vice Mayor Judy Thein, Councilmember Curt Giambruno, Councilmember Joyce Overton, Councilmember Staff: Joan Phillipe, City Manager Craig Clausen, Chief of Police Melissa Swanson, City Clerk Doug Herren, Director of Public Works Sandra Sato, Interim Director of Finance BUSINESS 1. Study Session on the Draft City of Clearlake Budget for Fiscal Year 2012-2013. Joan Phillipe and Sandra Sato gave the staff report. Council discussed the proposed budget. ACTION: It was the consensus of the Council to meet again regarding the proposed budget on August 2nd, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned at 6:43 P.M.
