MINUTES CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 4, 2015 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY MEETING: 6:16 P.M. Roll Call. Present: Denise Loustalot, Mayor (Arrived at 6:29 p.m.) Russell Perdock, Councilmember Bruno Sabatier, Councilmember Joyce Overton, Councilmember Absent: Gina Fortino Dickson, Vice Mayor Staff: Joan Phillipe, City Manager Craig Clausen, Chief of Police Tim Celli, Police Lieutenant Melissa Swanson, City Clerk Doug Herren, Director of Public Works Chris Becnel, Director of Finance ACTION: In Mayor Loustalot’s absence, it was moved by Councilmember Overton and seconded by Councilmember Sabatier to nominate Councilmember Perdock as chair. The motion passed with a unanimous roll call vote. BUSINESS 1. Study Session on the Review of the City’s Priority Goals and Objectives and Possible Changes, Financial Management and Investment Policies and Potential Other Budget Related Items Joan Phillipe gave the staff report. Council discussed the draft priority goals and objectives, financial management and investment policies. The finalized items will come before the Council when the budget is adopted at the end of June. Council took no action at the meeting.
