MINUTES CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 18 2015 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY MEETING: 6:02 P.M. Roll Call. Present: Denise Loustalot, Mayor Gina Fortino Dickson, Vice Mayor Russell Perdock, Councilmember Bruno Sabatier, Councilmember Joyce Overton, Councilmember Staff: Joan Phillipe, City Manager Greg Folsom, City Manager Craig Clausen, Chief of Police Tim Celli, Police Lieutenant Melissa Swanson, City Clerk Doug Herren, Director of Public Works Chris Becnel, Director of Finance BUSINESS 1. Study Session on the Draft City of Clearlake Budget for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 City Manager Joan Phillipe and Finance Director Chris Becnel gave the staff report. Council discussed the draft budget. The finalized items will come before the Council when the budget is adopted at the end of June. ACTION: It was the consensus of the Council to bring the City Attorney Personnel Evaluation to a future Council meeting. Additionally, it was the consensus of the Council to direct the Finance Director and Public Works Director to work together to see if adding an additional public works position would be a viable option and bring a recommendation back to the Council.
