MINUTES CITY OF CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY SPECIAL MEETING AUGUST 16, 2017 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY MEETING: 1:30 P.M. Roll Call. Council Present: Russell Perdock, Mayor Bruno Sabatier, Vice Mayor Nick Bennett, Councilmember Joyce Overton, Councilmember Absent Phil Harris, Councilmember Staff: Greg Folsom, City Manager Doug Herren, Director of Public Works Tim Celli, Acting Chief of Police Adeline Brown, Engineering Technician/ Deputy City Clerk Jan Brejska, Secretary/Permit Technician BUSINESS: 1. Consideration of a Request from Hope Rising to Support a Grant Funding Request through the Partnership Healthplan of California Local Innovation Grants on Housing Program Mayor Perdock gave the report. ACTION: It was moved by Vice Mayor Sabatier and seconded by Councilmember Overton to authorize Mayor Perdock to sign a letter of support. The motion passed with a unanimous voice vote of 4-0-1, with Councilmember Harris absent.
