Council Present: Russell Perdock, Mayor Bruno Sabatier, Vice Mayor Nick Bennett, Councilmember Joyce Overton, Councilmember Phil Harris, Councilmember Commission Present: Dirk Slooten, Chair Russ Cremer, Vice Chair Richard Bean, Commissioner Nathalie Antus, Commissioner Carl Webb, Commissioner Staff: Greg Folsom, City Manager Ryan Jones, City Attorney Tim Celli, Acting Chief of Police Melissa Swanson, City Clerk Chris Becnel, Director of Finance BUSINESS: 1. State of the City Town Hall Meeting City Manager Folsom gave the State of the City report. There was no action taken by the Commission or Council. The next meeting will be scheduled for December.
