Consideration of Continuation of Declaration By motion keep declaration of emergency of Local Emergency Issued on October 9, 2017 and active and set next review for December Ratified by Council Action October 12, 2017 14, 2017 2. Consideration of Continuation of Declaration By motion keep declaration of emergency of a Local Health Emergency Issued on October active and set next review for December 12, 2017 and Ratified by Council Action on 14, 2017 October 18, 2017 3. Consideration of Resolution no. 2017-91 A Adopt resolution Resolution of the City Council of the City of Clearlake Approving a Temporary Street Closure for the Annual Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Harris and seconded by Vice Mayor Sabatier to accept the Consent Calendar as presented. The motion passed with a unanimous voice vote of 4-0-1, with Councilmember Bennett absent.
