Engineering 9.1 ID#14-899 Award a Construction Contract to Poole and Kent Company of Florida, of Tampa, Florida, for the East Water Reclamation Facility Effluent Filters Rehabilitation Project (13-0014-UT) in the amount of $1,552,852.00, which is the lowest responsible bid received in accordance with the plans and specifications; approve a supplemental work order to Engineer of Record (EOR) King Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $19,761.00 for Construction Engineering Inspection Services and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. (consent) 9.2 ID#15-1027 Award a construction contract to All American Concrete Inc. of Largo, Florida, in the amount of $3,673,266.71 for construction of Island Estates Bridge Replacements (13-0004-EN), which is the lowest responsible bid received in accordance with plans and specifications, and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same.
