CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES March 16, 2015 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held a special called meeting on March 16, 2015 at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Bill Hobbs and Ellie St. Pierre. Donald Humes and Mark Smith were absent from the meeting due to the special called session. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Bryant, Beer Board Secretary and Robert McGowan with Mash & Hops. Bill Hobbs moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on February 10, 2015 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Robert McGowan will be operating Mash & Hops located at 168 First Street. He has met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application, Ellie St. Pierre moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Bill Hobbs; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
