Beer Board

CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES April 14, 2015 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their monthly meeting on April 14, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Mark Smith. Also present were board members Ellie St. Pierre and Donald Humes. Joe Kirkpatrick and Bill Hobbs were absent from the meeting. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Karen Stovall, Beer Board Secretary, Piyush Patel with Food Mart 2, Amy Davis with CVS Pharmacy, LLC and Milan Patel with Dos Bros. Ellie St. Pierre moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on March 16, 2015 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Mark Smith; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Piyush Patel will be operating Food Mart 2 located at 1820 Green Drive. He has met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application, Ellie St. Pierre moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Tennessee CVS Pharmacy, LLC will be operating CVS #04093 located at 2651 APD 40. They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application and survey, Ellie St. Pierre moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Milan Patel will be operating Dos Bros Fresh Mexican Grill located at 4450 Frontage Road. He has met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application and survey, Donald Humes moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned until April 28, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
