CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES April 28, 2015 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held an adjourned session on April 28, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Mark Smith, Bill Hobbs, Ellie St. Pierre and Donald Humes. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Bryant, Beer Board Secretary, Harsh Patel with Harry’s and City Attorney John Kimball. Synra Corporation (Harsh Patel) will be operating Harry’s #16 located at 4512 Mouse Creek Road. [Purchase of Mr. Zip #501) They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Muktajivan Corporation (Raj Patel) will be operating Harry’s #17 located at 4600 N. Lee Hwy. [Purchase of Mr. Zip #548) They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Bill Hobbs; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Avadh Corporation (Raj Patel) will be operating Harry’s #18 located at 5150 N. Lee Hwy. [Purchase of Mr. Zip #547) They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Rameshwaram Corporation (Harsh Patel) will be operating Harry’s #19 located at 1498 Stuart Road. [Purchase of Mr. Zip #526) They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Ambica Corporation (Falindi Shah) will be operating Harry’s #20 located at 3865 Michigan Avenue Road. [Purchase of Ziptron) They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Balaji Corporation (Naresh Patel) will be operating Harry’s #21 located at 2705 20th Street NE. [Purchase of Mr. Zip #549) They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. The Beer Board asked City Attorney John Kimball to look into the possibility of the Board to have the ability to use a consent agenda when issuing permits. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
