CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES August 11, 2015 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their monthly meeting on June 9, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Mark Smith, Ellie St. Pierre and Donald Humes. Bill Hobbs was absent from the meeting due to an illness. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Bryant, Beer Board Secretary, George with Circle K Stores, Inc., and City Attorney John Kimball. Mark Smith moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on June 9, 2015 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Circle K Stores, Inc. will be operating Circle K #3603 located at 1700 Harrison Pike. They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application and survey, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Circle K Stores, Inc. will be operating Circle K #3546 located at 3480 Keith Street. They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application and survey, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Circle K Stores, Inc. will be operating Circle K #3568 located at 2695 APD40 SE Pike. They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application and survey, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Circle K Stores, Inc. will be operating Circle K #3593 located at 2502 Blue Springs Rd. They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application and survey, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Circle K Stores, Inc. will be operating Circle K #3589 located at 210 25th Street NW. They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application and survey, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Chairman Kirkpatrick reminded the applicant to properly check ID’s before allowing the sale of alcohol. Chairman Kirkpatrick then stated a representative from Food City was not present therefore approval of the permit will be delayed until the August meeting. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
