BEER BOARD MINUTES
October 13, 2015
BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their monthly meeting
on October 13, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding
was Mark Smith. Also present were board members Mark Smith, Bill Hobbs and Donald
Humes. Joe Kirkpatrick and Ellie St. Pierre were absent from the meeting. Others in
attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Bryant, Beer Board Secretary, Mitul
Patel with Xhale Hookah Lounge and City Attorney John Kimball.
Bill Hobbs moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on September 8,
2015 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon
roll call, unanimously passed.
Mitul Patel and Niyati Patel will be operating Xhale Hookah Lounge located at 810
Stuart Road. They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon
review of the application Bill Hobbs moved that the permit be approved. The motion was
seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
