CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES April 12, 2016 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on April 12, 22016, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Sherry Bryant. Also present were board members Donald Humes and Gerald Lillard. Joe Kirkpatrick, Mark Smith and Ellie St. Pierre were absent from the meeting. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Bryant, Beer Board Secretary, Jennifer Chagala with El Trompo Taqueria, Chris Majeske with Deli Boy’s and City Attorney John Kimball. Gerald Lillard moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on March 8, 2016 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Upon review of the applications and survey’s Donald Humes moved to approve the following permits under the consent agenda: • Christopher Majeske – Deli Boy’s located at 2538 Keith St NW Suite 7. • Jennifer Chagala- El Trompo Taqueria located at 1005 Keith St NW. The motion was seconded by Gerald Lillard; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
