CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES May 10, 2016 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on May 10, 2016, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Mark Smith, Donald Humes and Ellie St. Pierre. Gerald Lillard was absent from the meeting. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Bryant, Beer Board Secretary, Angela Davis with Talk of the Town and City Attorney John Kimball. Mark Smith moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on April 12, 2016 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Upon review of the applications Mark Smith moved to approve the following permit under the consent agenda: • Angela Davis – Talk of the Town located at 2330 Georgetown Rd; Class 2 permit. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
