CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES May 9, 2017 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on May 9, 2017, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Donald Humes, Gerald Lillard, Mark Smith and Ellie St. Pierre. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Bryant, Beer Board Secretary, Yi Shi Wang with Imperial Garden and City Attorney John Kimball. Mark Smith moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on February 14, 2017 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Yi Shi Wang will be operating Imperial Garden located at 217 Ocoee Crossing Way. They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application and survey, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Chairman Kirkpatrick stated no one was present to represent Mac’s Convenience Stores, LLC. After many unsuccessful attempts to reach someone at the phone numbers listed on the applications, it was decided at 6:30 to adjourn the meeting. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
