CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES May 11, 2017 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held a special called meeting on May 11, 2017, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Donald Humes, Sherry Bryant and Mark Smith. Gerald Lillard and Ellie St. Pierre were unable to attend the meeting. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Bryant, Beer Board Secretary, a representative from Mac’s Convenience Stores, LLC and City Attorney John Kimball. Chairman Kirkpatrick advised the Board he was planning on attending the May 22 City Council meeting to address Special Called Meetings and how a fee should be assessed to businesses who request them. Mark Smith moved that the following Beer Permit applications for Mac’s Convenience Stores, LLC be approved. a. Circle K #3630 - 3480 Keith Street b. Circle K #3632 – 2695 APD 40 SE c. Circle K #3633 – 210 25th Street NW d. Circle K #3635 – 2502 Blue Springs Road e. Circle K #3638 – 1700 Harrison Pike The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
