CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES December 11, 2018 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on December 11, 2018, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Chairman Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Donald Humes, Ellie St. Pierre and Gerald Lillard. Mark Smith was absent from the meeting. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Kim Bivens, Beer Board Secretary, Metesh Patel with 1000 Degrees Pizza, Diptinkumar Patel with ABC C Store Convenience Store; Magdaleno Alvarez with Alvarez Market, Janice Neyman with Museum Center and City Attorney John Kimball. Ellie St. Pierre moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on September 11, 2018 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Gerald Lillard; and upon roll call, unanimously passed.
