CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES January 8, 2019 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on January 8, 2019, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Chairman Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Donald Humes, Ellie St. Pierre, Mark Smith and Gerald Lillard. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Kim Bivens, Beer Board Secretary, Janie Moore with City Spirits, LLC and City Attorney John Kimball. Ellie St. Pierre moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on December 11, 2018 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Gerald Lillard; and upon roll call, unanimously passed.
