CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES April 9, 2019 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on April 9, 2019, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Chairman Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Donald Humes, Ellie St. Pierre, Mark Smith and Gerald Lillard. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Brandon, Beer Board Secretary, Charles Swafford, Abu Swafford and City Attorney John Kimball. Mark Smith moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on February 12, 2019 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Gerald Lillard; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. After review of the following application and survey on the consent agenda, Mark Smith moved that the listed permits be approved. • Ocoee Cigar Lounge located at 2255 S.
