CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES April 25, 2019 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held a special called meeting on April 25, 2019, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Gerald Lilllard and Sherry Bryant. Donald Humes, Mark Smith and Ellie St. Pierre were unable to attend the meeting. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Brandon, Beer Board Secretary, John Sheehan with Reiverstone Wine Spirits and Brew, LLC and City Attorney John Kimball. Gerald Lillard moved that the following Beer Permit application for Riverstone Wine Spirits and Brew, LLC be approved. • Riverstone Wine Spirits and Brew, LLC Class: 3 (Convenience Store) Owner: John Sheehan Business License: Obtained Pro-Rate Fee: Obtained Application Fee: Obtained Survey: Obtained The motion was seconded by Sherry Bryant; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
