CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES May 14, 2019 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on May 14, 2019, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Chairman Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Donald Humes and Ellie St. Pierre. Mark Smith and Gerald Lillard were absent from the meeting. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Brandon, Beer Board Secretary, William Emendorfer and City Attorney John Kimball. Ellie St. Pierre moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on April 9, 2019 and the special called Session from April 25, 2019 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. After review of the following application and survey on the consent agenda, Ellie St. Pierre moved that the listed permits be approved. • Taziki’s Mediterranean Café located at 4440 Frontage Rd NW Class: 1 (Restaurant) Owner: William Bradley Emendorfer (TOC3, LLC) Business License: Obtained Pro-Rate Fee: Obtained Application Fee: Obtained Survey: Obtained The motion to approve the consent agenda was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed.
