MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE CITY OF CLEVELAND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS TUESDAY, JUNE 27, 2017 AT 11:00 AM CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL BUILDING 190 CHURCH STREET NE The regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals was called to order by Dan Moore, Vice Chairman, at 11:00 A.M. Members present included Ray Garner, Clint Taylor, Ed Brown and Dan Moore. Members absent included Charlotte Jones. Staff present included Corey Divel, Senior Planner, Darla Jenkins, Executive Secretary, and Jonathan Jobe, Director of Development and Engineering Services. Others present were Larry Bowers of the Cleveland Daily Banner and Claudio Rondon of Asha Brothers, LLC. There were no minutes for approval as this is a called meeting. There were no Public Hearings. There was no Old Business. In New Business, a. Request by Asha Brothers, LLC for a conditional use review of the residential density standards for a 1.6-acre property. Property is located on Michigan Ave Rd and zoned CG General Commercial (pg1). Ray Garner made a motion to approve and Ed Brown seconded the motion. A vote of 4-0 passed the motion. There was no Staff Report. There was no Board Member Report. The meeting adjourned at 11:04 A.M.
