MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE CITY OF CLEVELAND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2017 AT 12:00 PM CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL BUILDING 190 CHURCH STREET NE The regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals was called to order by Charlotte Peak, Chairman, at 12:02 P.M. Members present included Charlotte Peak, Clint Taylor, Dan Brown and Ray Garner. Members absent included Ed Brown. Staff present included Corey Divel, Senior Planner, and Darla Jenkins, Executive Secretary. Legal Counsel present included John Kimball, Attorney for the City of Cleveland. Others present included Harry Hysni, John Schrenkel, and Larry Bower of The Cleveland Daily Banner. There are no minutes presented for approval as this is a special called meeting. There are no Public Hearings. There is no Old Business. In New Business, a. Request by Harry Hysni for a setback variance for property located at 1003 South Lee Hwy. The property is zoned CH Highway Commercial (pg1). Dan Moore made a motion to approve and Clint Taylor seconded the motion. A vote of 4-0 passed the motion. There was no Staff Report. There was no Board Member Report. The meeting adjourned at 12:07 P.M.
