MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE CITY OF CLEVELAND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2018 AT 1:00PM CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL BUILDING 190 CHURCH STREET NE The special called meeting of the Cleveland Board of Zoning Appeals was called to order at 1:00 P.M. by Charlotte Peak, Chairman. Members present included Charlotte Peak, Clint Taylor, Dan Moore, Ray Garner and Ed Brown. . Staff present included Corey Divel, Senior Planner, and Darla Jenkins, Executive Secretary. There were no minutes presented for approval as this was a called meeting. There were no Public Hearings. There was no Old Business. In New Business, a. Request by Westmore Church of God for a conditional use review of a church facility. Property is located at 2440 and 2450 Legacy Parkway NW (tax map 41 parcel 5.03) and is zoned R2 Low Density Single and Multi-family Residential Zoning District (pg1). Dan Moore made a motion to approve and Clint Taylor seconded the motion. A vote of 5-0 passed the motion. There was no Staff Report. There was no Board Member Report. The meeting adjourned at 1:01 P.M.
