MINUTES CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION TUESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2018 AT 6:00 PM CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL BUILDING 190 CHURCH STREET NE The regular meeting of the Cleveland Municipal Planning Commission was called to order by Dee Burris, Chairman at 6:00 P.M. Members present included Bill Hamilton, Dee Burris, David May, Jr., Clarke Taylor, Walt Vineyard and Tricia Pennington. Members absent included Maryl Elliott, Gary Dennis, and Larry Presswood. Legal Counsel present included John Kimball, Attorney for the City of Cleveland. Staff present included Joe Fivas, City Manager, Jonathan Jobe, Director of Development and Engineering Services, and Darla Jenkins, Executive Secretary. Others present included Lauren Ross and Tim Siniard of The Cleveland Daily Banner. The minutes of the September 18, 2018 were presented for approval. David May, Jr. made a motion to approve and Bill Hamilton seconded the motion. A vote of 6-0 passed the motion. There were no Public Hearings. In the Consent Agenda, a. Request by Duggan Development Co, LLC for revised final plat approval of Stonebriar, lot 3. Property is located on Stonebriar Dr and Old Tasso Rd and is zoned CG General Commercial Zoning District. Survey by Cleveland Surveying (pg1). b. Request by Terry Posey for final plat approval of The Commons at the Grove, lot 5. Property is located on Commons Ln and is zoned PUD Planned Unit Development 12. Survey by Brown Surveying (pg3). c. Request by William F. Jenkins & Rebecca C. Jenkins for final plat approval of The Commons at the Grove, lot 6. Property is located on Commons Ln and is zoned PUD Planned Unit Development 12. Survey by Cleveland Surveying (pg5). d. Request by Franklin E. Stiles & Edward M. Stiles for final plat approval of The Commons at the Grove, lot 7. Property is located on Commons Ln and is zoned PUD Planned Unit Development 12. Survey by Cleveland Surveying (pg7). Tricia Pennington made a motion to approve and Clarke Taylor seconded the motion. A vote of 6-0 passed the motion. There was no Old Business.
