MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF CLEVELAND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2018 AT 12:00 PM CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL BUILDING 190 CHURCH STREET NE The regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeal was called to order by Charlotte Peak, Chairman, at 12:00 P.M. Members present included Charlotte Peak, Clint Taylor, Dan Moore, Ray Garner and Ed Brown. Legal Counsel present included John Kimball, Attorney for the City of Cleveland. Staff present included Corey Divel, Senior Planner, Darla Jenkins, Executive Secretary, and Joe Fivas, City Manager. Others present included Chris Berry of Berry Engineers, LLC., Faye Holmes, and Chris Hodges of Hoosier Housing Group. The minutes of the regular meeting of September 11, 2018 were presented for approval. Dan Moore made a motion to approve and Clint Taylor seconded the motion. A vote ot 5-0 passed the motion. The minutes of the called meeting of September 25, 2018 were presented for approval. Dan Moore made a motion to approve and Ray Garner seconded the motion. Voting 5-0, the motion passed. There were no Public Hearings. There was no Old Business. In New Business, a. Request by Hoosier Housing Group, Inc for approval of a parking variance for property located at Cedar Ln SW and Smith Dr SW (Tax Map 57B Group K Parcel 1.01) (pg1). Clint Taylor made a motion to approve and Ed Brown seconded the motion. Voting 5-0, the motion passed. b. Request by Crusader Real Estate for approval of a variance for property at 170 Mouse Creek Rd NW (Tax Map 42B Group A Parcel 4.00) (pg5). Dan Moore made a motion to approve and Clint Taylor seconded the motion. A vote of 5-0 passed the motion. There was no Staff Report. There was no Board Member Report. The meeting adjourned at 12:14 P.M.
