MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE CITY OF CLEVELAND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2018 AT 11:00 AM CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL BUILDING 190 CHURCH STREET NE The special called meeting of the Cleveland Board of Zoning Appeals was called to order by Charlotte Peak, Chairman, at 12:00 Noon. Members present included Charlotte Peak, Clint Taylor, Dan Moore, Ed Brown and Ray Garner. Legal Counsel present included John Kimball, Attorney for the City of Cleveland. Staff present included Corey Divel, Senior Planner, and Darla Jenkins, Executive Secretary. Others present included Keith Watson. There were no minutes presented for approval as this was a called meeting. There were no Public Hearings. There was no Old Business. In New Business, a. Request by Richard Watson for a conditional use review of an automobile sales facility. Property is located at 223 3 rd St SW (tax map 57C group F parcel 5.00) and is zoned MU Mixed Use Zoning District (pg1). Clint Taylor made a motion to approve and Ray Garner seconded the motion. A vote of 5-0 passed the motion. There was no Staff Report. There was no Board Member Report. The meeting adjourned at 12:01 P.M. Page 1 of 1
