D. Resolution No: 2014-85 - Authorizing the Mayor to sign an application for the
TML Risk Management Pool Driver Safety Matching Grant Program (p. 228).
E. Street Light Recommendation – Marcia Dunn located at 960 King Edward Ave
SE (Cleveland Utilities recommends no additional lighting; meets city’s
guidelines. However, tree trimming is recommended in the area. This will be
completed by city staff upon approval) (p. 229-230).
F. Street Light Recommendation – Lester Malone located at 2485 Villa Drive
(Cleveland Utilities recommends no installation of lighting because it is not a city
street but a private drive. It was also observed an existing light was installed in
1994 in error after the Villa Heights area was annexed. If Council would like this
fixture removed, Mr. Malone will be given the opportunity to convert it to a
security light and applied to his monthly bill) (p. 231-233).
