Street Light Recommendation – Marcia Dunn located at 960 King Edward Ave SE (Cleveland Utilities recommends no additional lighting; meets city’s guidelines. However, tree trimming is recommended in the area. This will be completed by city staff upon approval) (p. 229-230).  F. Street Light Recommendation – Lester Malone located at 2485 Villa Drive (Cleveland Utilities recommends no installation of lighting because it is not a city street but a private drive. It was also observed an existing light was installed in 1994 in error after the Villa Heights area was annexed.
