Appendix C, Section 3.8 of the Zoning Regulations to create provisions for the
development of accessory dwelling units (Planning Commission: Approved 7:0; 2

B. Final Passage - Ordinance No: 2015-25 – Amending Title 14, Chapter 2,
Sections 2.14 and 2.15 of the Zoning Regulations to remove residential uses from
the industrial zoning districts (Planning Commission: Approved 4:2:1; 2 members
absent) (p. 12-15).
C. Final Passage - Ordinance No: 2015-26 – Amending Title 16, Chapter 1, Section
123 of the Municipal Code to amend the procedures for the abandonment of

D. Final Passage - Ordinance No: 2015-27 – Abandoning a portion of the unused

F. Resolution No: 2015-79 – Authorizing the Mayor to sign a grant amendment with

G. Street Light Recommendation – Rep. Kevin Brooks located on Farris Street NE
(Cleveland Utilities recommends no additional lighting; meet’s City standards but
have recommended several trees be trimmed in the area to increase lighting levels
(p. 38-39).
H. Street Light Recommendation – Dennis Green – Michigan Avenue School Road
(Cleveland Utilities recommends no lighting as the roadway is not in the city
limits) (p. 40).
I. Motion – Declaring items from the Finance Department and Public Works as
