A. Resolution No: 2016-01 – Authorizing the Mayor to sign a Subrecipient
Agreement with Habitat for Humanity for continued development of Victory Cove
Subdivision through the CDBG Program (p. 26-37)
B. Resolution No: 2016-02 – Authorizing the Mayor to sign a the TML Property
Conservation matching grant application in the amount of $5,000 to purchase
security cameras for city property locations and parks (p. 38).
C. Resolution No: 2016-03 – Authorizing the Mayor to sign an agreement for the
traffic impact study for the new elementary school on Georgetown Road (p. 39-44).
D. Resolution No: 2016-04 – Authorizing the Mayor to sign a proposal with PM
Environmental for Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment for the Veteran’s
Home (p. 45-55).
E. Resolution No: 2016-05 – Authorizing the Mayor to sign an application for the
2015 Assistance to Firefighters Grant to purchase an Aerial/Quint Apparatus

H. Street Light Recommendation – Daunte Jackson at 905 17th St NW (Cleveland
Utilities determined street lighting on the roadway meets the City street light
standard. There are two 175-watt mercury vapor fixtures which can be upgraded,
at the Council’s request, to LED lights at a cost to the City of $162.83 per fixture)
(p. 60-61).
I. Motion – Authorizing the Mayor to sign a proposal on behalf of the Cleveland
Animal Shelter, as a residual beneficiary, for the settlement of a promissory note
between the Zucker Estate and Stern Mountain, LLC for a discount of the current
principal balance of no less than 5% and not to exceed 10% (p. 62-67).
