MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE CITY OF CLEVELAND HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2015 AT 12:00 PM IN THE CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL BUILDING ANNEX AT 160 2nd STREET NE The called Historic Preservation meeting was called to order by the Maryl Elliott, Chairman at 12:11 P.M. Members present included Maryl Elliott, Randy Wood, Rufus Triplett and Phyllis Callaway. Members absent were Sarah Coleman and Joan Benjamin. Staff present included Corey Divel, Senior Planner, Darla Jenkins, Administrative Assistant, Jonathan Jobe, Director of Development and Engineering Services, Melinda Carroll, Assistant City Manager, and Bryan Turner, Chief Building Official. Others present were Joyanna Love of The Cleveland Daily Banner. No minutes were approved due to this event being a called meeting. There were no Public Hearings. There was no Old Business. In New Business, a. The City of Cleveland requests a Certificate of Appropriateness for work at 230 18th St NW (Tax Map 49E Group K Parcel 17.00). The property is zoned R1 Single Family Residential (pg1). Rufus Triplett made a motion to approve and Randy Wood seconded the motion. A vote of 4-0 passed the motion. There were no Other Projects. There were no Board Member Reports. The meeting adjourned at 12-14 P.M.
