CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL/AGENDA APPROVAL II. STREET PROJECT REVIEW The Committee will inspect previously-identified areas of concern from the 2020 through 2023 street projects. Streets that will be inspected include Linden St, Maple St, and W Washington Ave. Streets that may be inspected include North Ave at N Westview St, W Jefferson Ave, Park Ct, Park Ln, and E Jefferson Ave east of Cleveland Elementary School. The streets and order of inspection will be determined during the meeting. Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation. III. NEXT SCHEDULE MEETING: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2024 IV. TOPIC SUGGESTIONS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS. Committee members may suggest topics for future Committee meetings. V. ADJOURNMENT Notice is hereby provided that the Committee may open the floor to public input throughout the course of the meeting. Village Board members who are not also Committee members may be in attendance to gather information and participate in discussion about an issue over which they have decision-making ability. This may constitute a meeting of the Village Board pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis2d 553, 494 NW2d 408 (1993), although the Village Board will not take any formal action at this meeting.
