BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING May 7 2018 – 1:30 P.M. Common Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Morse Chris Briggs, Council President Garry Nathan, Engineer Michael Durocher, Comptroller Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Kenneth Radliff, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: None Kenneth Radliff made a MOTION to approve a contract with Elan Planning/Landscape Architecture to prepare an application for the NYS Downtown Revitalization Initiative Round 3. This contract has a Not to Exceed amount of $20,000.00. Chris Briggs seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed.
