BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING May 10, 2024 – 9:30 A.M. Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 9:30 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Keeler President Adam Biggs None Michael Durocher, Comptroller Jim Bouchard Steve Hennessey, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: Accept RFP’s for Ambulance Service (2Received) Jim Bouchard made a MOTION to create the position of Payroll Examiner at a salary of $57,666.00 per year. Mayor Keeler seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. At 9:35 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Michael Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Jim Bouchard.
