BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING September 30, 2024 – 9:30 A.M. Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 9:30 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Keeler Council President Biggs None Michael Durocher, Comptroller Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Steve Hennessey, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: None Jim Bouchard made a MOTION to approve Mike Durocher’s tentative 2025 Budget Mayor Keeler seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Jim Bouchard made a MOTION to approve Steve Hennessey proposal to purchase a Western Star Plow Chassis ONLY. Michael Durocher seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. President Biggs made a MOTION to approve a quote for Lansing Park Lighting. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Michael Durocher made a MOTION to approve a proposal with CT Male for WTP leak detection. Mayor Keeler seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. At 10:07 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Michael Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Jim Bouchard.
