Gallo Construction $96,581.00 CFI Contracting Inc. $ 89,500.00 WM.J. Keller & Sons Construction Corp. $ 69,119.00 Michael Durocher made a MOTION to approve a contract with Albany County to accept grant funds for Park Update Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Michael Durocher made a MOTION to approve a service agreement with Adirondack Mountain Engineering PC for Raw Water Pump Station Tank upgrades. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. President Biggs made a MOTION to approve Dump Truck Equipment. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Jim Bouchard made a MOTION to approve a Non-Hazardous waste disposal Agreement. President Biggs seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. At 10:14 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Michael Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Jim Bouchard.
