BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING February 7, 2025 – 9:30 A.M. Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 9:30 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Keeler Garry Nathan, City Engineer Adam Biggs, Council President Sharon Butler Michael Durocher, Comptroller George Soloyna Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Steve Hennessey, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: None Place advertisement to accept bids for a consent order project on “Little C” screening upgrades. Bids to be received by 9:30 AM March 4, 2025. They will be opened and read at 10:00 AM. Garry Nathan- this needs to be under construction by April 1, 2025. Estimated cost is $850,000 we have a grant for this project for $430,000. Michael Durocher made a MOTION to approve the advertisement to accept Bids for order project on “Little C”. President Adam Biggs seconded the motion. The motion passed. To accept the proposal from Garland/DBS to replace the roof at the old Cohoes Savings Bank (new location of the library) Sharon Butler-This will come out of the Library Construction Fund money. When the project is completed, we can submit for the grant. Michael Durocher made a MOTION to approve the Acceptance the proposal from Garland/DBS to replace the roof at the old Cohoes Saving Bank (new location for the library). Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. The motion passed. To accept a proposal from Arcadis Professional Engineering Services for the “Little C” screening upgrades. Garry Nathan-This is the Engineering Services for the “Little C” construction portion of the project. It will be $325,250.00 President Adam Biggs made a MOTION to approve the Acceptance a proposal from Arcadis Professional Engineering Services for the “Little C” screening upgrades.
