BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING March 4, 2025 – 10:00 A.M. Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Keeler Sharon Butler Michael Durocher, Comptroller Garry Nathan Jim Bouchard, Treasurer George Soloyna Steve Hennessey, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: Adam Biggs, Council President Receive and open Bids for the “Little C “Screening upgrades. Arcadis of New York Inc. opened Bids for review and will make their recommendations. We received 2 Bids. WM. J. Keller & Sons Construction Corp. $1,061,593.00 Carver Construction Inc. $1,046,174.00 Steve Hennessey: Discussion regarding additional filter bed repairs at the filtration plant. They have a life expectancy of 20 years and they have reached 25 years. Discussion was had about the possible future repairs and weather there are Bonds available that will cover what we need. The State has 2 grants available for 25% each. At 10:22 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Michael Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Jim Bouchard.
