We received 1 Bid. $230,000.00 BDJ Capital, LLC. 3561 Guilderland Ave. Schenectady, NY 12306 518-280-9284 Steve Napier: Request for proposals for the design and Construction Management Services for the transformation of 75 Remsen Street into the New Cohoes Public Library. Michael Durocher made a MOTION to accept the proposal for Design and Construction Management Services for the transformation of 75 Remsen Street into the New Cohoes Public Library. Mayor Keeler seconded the motion. The motion passed. Gary Nathan/Sharon Butler Award the Construction contract for “LittleC” to the lowest bidder Carver Construction Inc. Michael Durocher made a MOTION to award the construction contract for “Little C” to the lowest bidder Carver Construction Inc. Mayor Keeler seconded the motion. The motion passed. At 10:08 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Michael Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Jim Bouchard.
