Mayor Morse led in the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:00 PM
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Common Council of the City
of Cohoes on June 27, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Common Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall,
Cohoes, New York, to consider a Resolution declaring an intent to act as lead agency for municipal work
on Remsen St.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, at that same time, the Common Council of the City of
Cohoes will also consider a resolution determining it to be a SEQRA Type I action.
With no comments or questions, the public hearing was closed.
2. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Common Council of the City
of Cohoes on June 27, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Common Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall,
Cohoes, New York, to consider a Resolution declaring preparation of an Asset Management Plan.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, at that same time, the Common Council of the City of
Cohoes will also consider a resolution determining it to be a SEQRA Type II action.
With no comments or questions, the public hearing was closed.
3. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Common Council of the City
of Cohoes on June 27, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Common Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall,
Cohoes, New York, to consider a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit a grant application for
community Development Block Grant Funding by NYS Housing and Community Renewal.
With no comments or questions, the public hearing was closed.
