Council President Briggs, and Council Members Smith, Russell, McCarthy, Napier, and
Koniowka introduced Resolution No. 75 for the year 2017
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO CALLANAN INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR
THE REMSEN STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT REGARDING SAME
Council Member Russell made a MOTION to approve Resolution No. 75 seconded by Council
President Briggs. All members voted “AYE”. Resolution No. 75 for 2017 passed.
Council President Briggs, and Council Members Smith, Russell, McCarthy, Napier, and
Koniowka introduced Resolution No. 76 for the year 2017
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO MCJ CONSTRUCTION, LLC FOR THE
VETERAN’S MEMORIAL PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT REGARDING SAME
Council Member Russell made a MOTION to approve Resolution No. 76, seconded by Council
Member Napier. All members voted “AYE”. Resolution No. 76 for 2017 passed.
Council President Briggs, and Council Members Smith, Russell, McCarthy, Napier, and
Koniowka introduced Resolution No. 77 for the year 2017
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN ENERGY CONSERVATION PROGRAM OFFERED BY
NATIONAL GRID
Council Member Russell made a MOTION to approve Resolution No. 77, seconded by Council
President Briggs. All members voted “AYE”. Resolution No. 77 for 2017 passed.
