Special Meeting Common Council Chambers Mayor Morse led in the Pledge of Allegiance at 8:30 AM Roll call was taken PRESENT: ABSENT: Mayor Morse Council Member Koniowka Council President Briggs Council Member Smith Council Member Russell Council Member McCarthy Council Member Napier Public Comments: None Council President Briggs, and Council Members Smith, Russell, McCarthy, Napier, and Koniowka presented Ordinance No. 6 for the year 2017 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 82, SECTION 82-4 (y) OF THE CITY CODE REGARDING THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE TRAFFIC COMMISSION Council Member Russell made a MOTION to approve Ordinance No. 6 seconded by Council Member Napier. Council President Briggs and Council Members Smith, Russell, McCarthy, and Napier voted “AYE”. By unanimous vote of members present, Ordinance No. 6 for 2017 passed. At 8:35 AM, Council Member Russell made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting; Council Member Napier seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. ______________________________ Lori A. Yando, City Clerk
