COMMON COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS Tuesday, March 13, 2018 - 7:00 P.M. Workshop & Special Meeting Common Council Chambers Prior to the start of the Common Council Special Meeting, Nicole Allen from LaBerge conducted a presentation regarding the Zoning Code update. The Common Council conducted a workshop. The workshop concluded at 8:05 PM Mayor Morse led in the Pledge of Allegiance at 8:06 PM Roll call was taken PRESENT: ABSENT: Mayor Morse NONE Council President Briggs Council Member Smith Council Member Russell Council Member McCarthy Council Member Napier Council Member Koniowka Public Comments: None Council President Briggs, and Council Members Smith, Russell, McCarthy, Napier, and Koniowka presented Resolution No. 15 for the year 2018 A RESOLUTION DECLARING AN INTENT TO ACT AS LEAD AGENCY FOR THE ZONING CODE AMENDMENTS AND DECLARING THE ZONING CODE AMENDMENTS AS A SEQRA TYPE I ACTION Council Member Napier made a MOTION to approve Resolution No. 15 seconded by Council President Briggs. All members voted “AYE”. Resolution No. 15 for 2018 passed. Public Comment: None At 8:07 PM, Council Member Smith made a MOTION to adjourn.
