Public Comment:
Tim Thibideau, Massachusetts Ave., “Last time I brought up issues about the Ethics Board. The
Council is the selection committee. I have put together a list of things that have happened
whether intentionally or unintentionally that should be addressed. I also would like to publically
challenge Mr. Kremer to a debate on FOIL law. I am not going to spend the $300.00 to get to
get an advisory opinion.”
Ed Conlin, Beacon Ave., “My wife and I have been here since 2003; Cohoes has come a long
way in not tolerating bigotry and nastiness. The Music Hall has done a good job. People know
what they are coming to see. If they don’t like the subject matter, then don’t buy a ticket. I see a
lot of disrespect.”
Tim Peltier, McDonald Dr., “I have a concern with the water tank.”
Mayor Morse, “We just put a bid out to replace them.”
At 7:35 PM, Council Member Russell made a MOTION to adjourn. Seconded by Council
Member Smith. All members voted “AYE”. The meeting was adjourned.
