PRESENT: EXCUSED: Mayor Keeler Council President Biggs Council Member Izzo Council Member Higgins Council Member Soloyna Council Member McCarthy Council Member Frainier Public Comment: NONE Ordinance No. 11 for the year 2024 An Ordinance amending Chapter 215 of the code of Cohoes City Regarding short-term rentals. Council Member Soloyna made a MOTION to approve Ordinance No. 11 for the year 2024. Seconded by Council Member Frainier. All members voted “AYE.” The motion passed. Resolution No. 59 for the year 2024 A Resolution amending the annual budget for the fiscal year 2024. Council Member McCarthy made a MOTION to approve Resolution No. 59 for the year 2024. Seconded by Council President Biggs. All members voted “AYE.” The motion passed. Resolution No. 60 for the year 2024 A Resolution to confirm appointments to the Cohoes Library Board of Trustees. Council Member McCarthy made a MOTION to approve Resolution No. 60 for the year 2024. Seconded by Council Member Higgins. All members voted “AYE.” The motion passed. At 7:05 PM Council Member Higgins made a MOTION to adjourn. Council President Biggs seconded the motion.
