MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COHOES BOARD OF ETHICS, HELD ON MONDAY, JANUARY 29, 2018 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson David Emanatian, Member Erin Roditis, Alternate Member The meeting came to order at 5:03 p.m. Items Considered: 1. Charles Valenti was re-elected as Chairperson for a term of one year by a unanimous vote. 2. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Board was approved by a unanimous vote. 3.The Cohoes Board of Ethics reviewed the facts concerning Advisory Opinion No. 18-1 pursuant to the Code of Ethics of the City of Cohoes. The date of the next meeting is to be determined later. The meeting was adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
