MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COHOES BOARD OF ETHICS, HELD ON MONDAY, JUNE 24, 2019 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Erin Roditis, Alternate Member Also Present: Complaint for Complaint No. 19-1 The meeting came to order at 5:30 p.m. Items Considered: 1. Complaint No. 19-1-The Board reviewed Complaint No. 19-1 and the Complainant discussed it with the members. After the discussion and a consideration of the allegations contained in Complaint 19-1, the Board, by a unanimous vote, concluded that the allegations were not subject to the provisions of the Code of Ethics. 2. The minutes of the January 28, 2019 meeting of the Board were approved by a unanimous vote. The date of the next meeting is to be determined later. The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
